Hi there, I'm having issues with installing my Komplete 10 Ultimate on a new PC. I purchased it way back in 2016 and installed it using the NI Service Center. Now I'm trying to install this product on my new computer and I'm facing the following problem:
In my account on the NI website, I can see that NI Komplete 10 Ultimate is in my list of purchased products. I can also see the serial number. The site prompted me to download the product using Native Access. I installed Native Access, signed in with my account, but NI Komplete 10 Ultimate is not among the available products. When I try to add a serial number through the “Add serial” button, there's a warning stating that the serial number is incorrect.
Any ideas what is wrong and how I can install it now? It worked perfectly on my old PC.
