Native Access "Registering your product, please wait."

good day ,

My problem is that after starting Native Access, I don't see all the products that are for Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2. When entering the serial number in Native Access, it keeps spinning and says

"Registering your product, please wait." and it never ends!!! I let it run for 6 hours and nothing changed. I have the operating system Ventura 13.1 processor M1
