Installing a 3d party Kontakt instrument

Hi

I downloaded a free VST (Vapor Keys from Karanyi Sounds). This is my first non-NI product that needs Kontakt and I have no idea where I have to install this thing. The folder has 2 subfolders (Patches and Data). Where should I install this synth and can I use it like all other kontakt instruments (from NI) that I already have?

Vapour Keys though isn't a plugin - it's a Kontakt instrument, so should be installed in the Kontakt instruments folder - I am sure the developers provide instructions on how to do that

As long as the VST plugin is installed to a folder which is monitored by Komplete Kontrol, it will be scanned and added. Can then be found like shown below...

If it is in a different location, you can point KK to it in Preferences...
