Hey Diana, I don't know any off of the top of my head in London, but it is possible that they exist.

However, you could potentially get it repaired via Native Instruments for a fee if it's out of warranty.

Hi. I bought my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2 about 4yrs ago and I need repairs. I'm based in Bedfordshire & London. How can I get Native Instruments or find any 'authorized/approved' company to do a repair? I contacted NI support but didn't haven't had a response.

I have wasted months trying to get a response from Native Instruments Support. They just cannot be bothered to reply. I even sent a letter to NI's London office. No reply.
It seems very likely that, once you have bought and paid for something from NI, they simply could not care less what problems you may face with their products. Their guiding principle seems to be 'Ignore customer requests for repair services long enough and they will give up and go away.
