this instrument belongs to a library that is not currently installed

I am on a 2019 intel-based mac running big sur. I just purchased kontakt 7 bundle a day or two ago. installed kontakt 7 and kontakt factory library 2 from native access app. no other libraries installed currently. when I open kontakt 7 and I select any sound in from the kontakt library, I get the message "this instrument belongs to a library that is not currently installed." I go to native access app and it shows kontakt factory library 2 as installed.


anyone know how to fix this so I can access the sounds? I should be able to load these sounds without issue and I cannot load a single one.
