I saw that the post was closed and it was done so prematurely you have to click it several times for it to work and hope you trigger it before the timeout. You have it dropping out to fast when you click as a result it goes back to its dormant state. Watching it on the system processes you can see its consumption and its demise from the time you click it, it works fine in DAW but desktop no...

    No it doesn't fix the issue and yes I'm updated and have done the troubleshooting the problem is the program needs an overall update. The seven was released with hangs like that of the older versions of NI where it was a long load time... I'm running major studio grade system there is no reason for it to take so long to hang. Protools now is having an issue as well I thought it was loading right but that was until you did the update to the release to fix a prior issue. Now it is slow in loading when loading on an insert while in a session...Protools 12 ultimate. Its just not profitable to run right now I wanted to post it here in hopes it would be upped so that you can work on a working update that will be great for all users. Meanwhile I am clicking and waiting. I had already worked through this solution because I researched the question that was closed earlier on the board. So I posted to let you know this is not a work around.. nor a fix
