why does my KOMPLETE START serial don't work?

i've recently installed native access and when i checked my serials for KOMPLETE START don't work, it was under registered products and the 2 unregistered products i have the serial works just fine.

    Hello,

    If the serial was already registered (under registered products) you can't and need to activate it a second time. You just install native access,log in and you can download your products.

    Just to be clear: "KOMPLETE START" won't show up as an entry in Native Access, the products included in it will.

    Can you see all the products listed on this page inside it?

    If not, have you tried logging out and back into Native Access? Maybe it just needs a little refresh 😅

    nope it doesn't show up. i have tried logging out i have refreshed it countless times and i alo uninstalled it and reinstalled it but nothing still showed up
