Maschine Plus Registration

Hello,

Last week I purchased a Maschine Plus from Sweetwater but have been unable to register it due a "missing setting on NI's side" related to the Maschine's serial number having no associated license. How long can I expect for a resolution of this issue to take? Obviously, I am pretty excited to take my new hardware for a spin and I cannot even begin firmware updates and Expansion installation until the registration process is complete.

    It looks like this was resolved already by the support team via email.

    Unfortunately, we can't really help with registration issues here but we always get back to everyone via email as as we can.
