My Traktor audio 2 main channel is dead

Hi, my Main channel of traktor audio 2 is dead.

when I plug the card with usb I can see the blinking green light above Main and above Headphones.

but then, with the standard confinguration main channel doesn’t work. I don’t know if it’s something into electric parts of the minijack hole. By the way while the music is playing the blinking light is OFF.

is a hardware problem ? Traktor audio 2 is sold out everywhere, does somebody could suggest me another compact audio system for the dj pre-listenings ?

As both green LEDs blinks it seems all is working.

May the Audio Routing for Main is wrong?

May your Volume for Main is 0

It blink only when I plug it.

i tried rolling the volume and nothing.

if I roll the main volume in one way turns into cue listening and I can listen one of both tracks into my phones (plugged into phones input). But the light remains off.

if I switch main with phones only the phones channel works. If I remain standard only the phones channel works.

and, on course, while the two tracks are playing only the phones light is working.

May it is an audio routing issue?

Are both Master set in your settings?
