How can I fix this? Cannot connect to the internet

So I just bought the Komplete Kontrol M32 today and I´ve installed Native Acces, the problem is that every time I launch the app this shows up.

I do not use any vpn and my wifi connection is pretty stable so I don´t know how I can solve this.

    Please disable all the following:

    • VPN
    • Web Proxy
    • Network Security Software
    • Antivirus

    Or make exceptions in your antivirus/security/firewall for Native Access and the NTKDaemon.
