Having problems exporting

I've been using the mk3 for a few months I have plenty of beats to share but I'm having problems exporting my songs. When I export it just loads really fast but no song pops up on my pc. I have artist waiting and this is making me look bad I need the rite help on this problem

    Hello,

    please look closely at the settings in the export window, set range to all and select master in your case. I guess you want the master output, if not set the groups or whatever you want. Also set an output folder, i use, for example, a folder on my desktop and then i copy the output file wherever I need it.
