@Nir Mashiah I've added a serial for the Super 8 Reaktor ensemble on your account.

@Jeremy_NI have you removed my R2 license which I could used before in my DAW? the workaround published here worked for me, Suddenly I can't see it in Native Access anymore although you wrote before that 2 licenses should appear in Native Access, the Reaktor one and the R2.

@Nir Mashiah R2 was only part of Komplete 13, it seems that you sold or transferred the licence.

@Kate12 Have you checked this article? GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems

The Reaktor version of Super 8 should be automatically on your account from now on so it should show in Native Access as Super 8 1.0.0

Hi @Jeremy_NI, chiming in here, I seem to having the same issue with Super 8 R2, everything looks good Native Access until I try to use it, Live, Logic, Bitwig all returning not activated. MackBook Pro / M3.

    Thank you,

    Jason

@jmousseau72 Check out the link that Jeremy posted for an in-depth explanation about why that happens. Super 8 R2 was discontinued. You should use the Reaktor version (ver 1.0.0) of it.

Thanks @Monochrome, I was confused seeing that backwards. Well @Jeremy_NI I still use an older intel mac so I don't want to lose the Super 8 R2, which does work. I also own the 1.0 version so I'll go back and install that one. Please don't remove my R2 serial!!!!

@jmousseau72 No one will remove anything from you, so don't worry 🙂 But newer macOS versions may eventually no longer feature Rosetta and thus render Super 8 R2 completely non-working. (You won't necessarily face this problem on Windows, however).

Also, worth noting that the Reaktor version misses 201 Super 8 R2-exclusive presets. Luckily, someone… *ahem*… was mental enough and ported those over 😅

Thanks again @Monochrome, I'm all squared away, presets too. I miss the old days, including Pro-53 (I know Super 8 is the spiritual successor but it was the first soft synth I owned, save ReBirth), Spektral Delay, Vokator… these were such unique audio apps.

I'm having the same issue now with iOS audio apps and even some MacOS store apps, you pay for something then they're just gone. Granted they may not work anymore due to the OS and hardware, but I'm betting more than a few people have access to older hardware (or can get old iPads/Macs/PCs cheap off ebay) to run them. They should at least still be available in your account.

Rant over, appreciate the support here.
