Why is My Load up stuck after the 2.16.1 Update for Maschine

After updating to 2.16.1 (Maschine), it won't upload or start so I can work. It's stuck at this page!! For an hour.

That works but if you quit the scan midway any new plugins or the ones that would be scanned after won't show up.

Might be a faulty plugin. Does pressing ESC work?

Seems to be stuck scanning Melda's MComb, are your Melda plugins up to date?
If they are then temporarily remove them from your VST folder and try again.
