Did not receive Guitar Rig 6 Pro when Registering Komplete Audio

Hi, sorry if I've asked this in the wrong place.


I purchased the Komplete Audio 2 interface on November 30, and received it yesterday (December 07). I tried to register my hardware through Native Access yesterday afternoon (at around 12:30), and after being stuck on the registration page for a really long time, Native Access successfully registered my hardware, but not Guitar Rig 6 Pro (as specified here on the website).


I'm curious if anyone else is also facing this problem? How can I receive my product, or where should I seek for support? Thank you!

    Update: a few hours later I received an email from NI saying it is registered. I guess it's a busy time and requires a logner processing time.
