Maschine saving duplicate songs?

I made the mistake of moving NI files and now each time I save my songs, it creates a duplicate. My Maschine MK3 also fails to load save tracks from the device, so I have to open tracks from the laptop each time I work on tracks. Does anyone know how I can restore this back to normal?

    Where does that duplicate get created? You can reset Maschine to it's default settings by following the same steps as for a crash: MASCHINE Crashes
