Use of audio 8 as an audio to midi converter for guitar/bass/microphone

Hello!

I’m organising and figuring out my sound/music production set up at the moment.

I have an audio 8 (understand is a legacy product now) and would like to use it as a audio to midi converter module for a guitar/bass (to play as a midi guitar) and a microphone.

I’m not using the audio 8 anymore for it’s original purpose and need to repurpose it as I have a pioneer DJM450 with an integrated sound card for my turntables.

All of my setup is routed through a ESI M4U eX USB 3.0 MIDI Interface - USB3.0 - Windows 10/11 - Ableton live 11, Traktor scratch pro 3 etc.

I currently have a Launchpad and the pioneer djm450 connected to the ESI and I’m waiting on a Lumi keys. I may get more controllers as I get familiar with using them all.

    Hello,

then you would need a software that can do it and then run it on the same computer or a second one only for that purpose, must not be a super powerful PC eventually.
