Expand "macOS 10.13 (High Sierra)" and down where it says "TRAKTOR" (or "TRAKTOR PRO 3 / LE" rather), click on the blue 3.5.3 link. A Google Drive page should open - just click the Download button to download the installer.

Then login and install Traktor.
