When I load machine only one pad lights up in the pad mode. The chords mode and keyboard mode are working great, the issue is with the pad mode .,Do you have any suggestions please thanks in advance

are you sure that you are on pad mode and not in pattern mode? Normally all pads that have loaded something will light up on pad mode
