I've compared my version of Komplete Ultimate, with the latest version of Komplete Standard.

If I own Ultimate 12 and I upgrade to Standard 14, will I lose my Software that's not included in Standard?

@laserbeak You don't loose anything, whatever happens you still own Ultimate 12 with all the products included.

I think it is not possible to "upgrade" from K12U to K14. I guess, @Jeremy_NI has overlooked, that you speak about upgrading from Ultimate to Standard and spoke about upgrading from 12 to 14.

There is no such "upgrade" path stated in the following table:

@Kubrak Yes, you're right, I overlooked that. There is no upgrade path from Ultimate to Standard.

No, you will not loose your products. It is not possible to "upgrade" from Ultimate to Standard. There is no way to do it. If you miss certain plugins, that are in K14, just buy them as single licences.
