The Grandeur shows only one piano

Hi, I bought The Grandeur and installed it from Native Access... Everything went fine, but when I opened my Daw and Kontakt Player, the grandeur is there, but it has only one piano (The Grandeur.nki) and not the whole library.... Can you let me know how to do it? Thank you
