why is my VSTi Noir not showing in the NI access list?

i bought Noir, the piano vsti and it is not showing in my NI access list. I can not install NI2 due to my older mac OS. How can i solve this?

Yes a Kontakt Instrument , but my NI access ( lighter version - not version2) is not showing it.

so i can not download it.
