Experiencing screen lock ups and input metering freezes on maschine studio

Hi All,

Is anyone experiencing locks up of the studio controller ( latest firmware and maschine 2.16 on iMac MacOS mojave).

Im getting known one failure on the controller where text isn't changing on display but is changing on software. Also the input metering and MST/GRP/INST volume control area is locked up.

Usually ok on boot but trying to sample locks up.

Thoughts any one.

Bit worried as this is my £700 Studio controller and I'm going to be @@£$$ off if its going in the bin.

Or is it software bugs?

Reinstalled all drivers and Maschine 2.16.

Looking like a bug.

Is there anything NI can do to help, this is not ideal, on a £700 controller post software updates.

Perhaps they can send me a MK3 to ease my pain!!

I have spent over 3K on NI products.

I have also tried multiple USB cables.

This is driving me nuts , i can't sample anymore with studio controller.

This is my main hub, i'll be lost without the 3 midi outs on the studio

Is there any way i can get a diagnostic?

Did that happen after the last Maschine update? What version of Controller Editor is installed on your computer? If you install this version: Controller Editor 2.7.1 do you get the controller functional?

i can recreate the "bug" every time by going to sample mode on controller, then using input buttons to select input inmates the bug in the talk between screen and software.

Problem also freezes mixing screen and knob input for mixing on controller
