Which external hard drive should I use for 12 KOMPLETE or any other advice

An SSD of whatever reliable brand that will fit all the content. Or a HDD if you want longer lost times. USB3 preferably.

If you're on Mac and a recent OS you should format the drive to APFS: Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
