Does NTKDaemon need to open so many Kubernetes's ports?

As I mentioned in the title, does NTKDaemon need to open so many Kubernetes's ports? NTKDaemon blocks ports I use in my projects, i.e. I cannot start containers. The problem is I wasn't aware that NTKDaemon uses so many ports, and I don't know the reason why it uses that many.
