I have a Macbook pro early 2015 running on MacOs Monterey 12.6 with 15Gb free disk space, Will it be able to handle the first set of downloads on KOMPLETE 14 Select?

15 Gb of free disk space is a bare minimum for your computer to function properly I would say.

I would strongly advise to get an external SSD drive to install your plugins onto.
