Access to Legacy Kontakt for Komplete owners

Hi, just wanted to check, if we own Komplete 12, which includes Kontakt 6, do we get access to the installer for Kontakt 5 as well? Or can we request it?

Well, you can get the Kontakt 5 Player, the free version, it should still be available in Native Access. For the full version you would need ti have Komplete 11, is there a particular reason you would need the full version of Kontakt 5?

Thanks. I will try K5 player. Should it be visible in Native Access client or is it a separate download link?

I am looking to see how the GUI mixer controls changed in Abbey Road drums between K5 and K6.

I am not Kontakt expert by any means....

I think, interface of the Library is part of the library. So, Kontakt version does not influece, how it looks like.

It does not depend on Kontakt version. It was different library with different GUI. Initially it was named "Drums" then later GUI was rewritten and released as new library with name changed to "Drummer".

Thanks for the clarification. I was confused.

But just to confirm, the "Drummer" product is the same product as the "Drums" product, right? or were they two different products and sounds?

Samples are the same, only instruments nki patches with GUI are new in Drummer.
