Crash Traktor 3.6.2 Windows 10

Hello!

I just did the latest 3.6.2 update for Traktor Pro 3 via Native Access. Bad idea, because now I suddenly can't open Traktor anymore. I use a good and actually quite new laptop from HP with Windows 10. When I want to open Traktor, I immediately get the following window: "Traktor 3.6.2 has encountered a major problem and has been terminated" When I then click OK, Traktor is immediately closed. I have already reinstalled Native Access and I have tried to reinstall Traktor 2x via Native Access. Nothing was successful. I've been using Traktor exclusively for over 10 years, but I'm really starting to get a bit annoyed because the problems have been piling up lately with Traktor 3, despite always having up-to-date laptops. So I need help urgently please, as I need to have the laptop up and running again by next Friday. What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi @DJHH unfortunately this is a known issue related to a new version of Native Access. Can you please try the steps listed by our product team here?
