Maschine+'s inputs and USB at the same time?

Is it possible to use Maschine+'s inputs andthe inputs from an attached USB interface at the same time?

Use case: I want to use a drum machine connected to M+'s inputs at the same time as some synths attached to the inputs of a USB audio interface all the same time and have the M+ be a mixer/fx. Currently I can only figure out how to use one or the other, but not both at the same time.

Any ideas?

No you can't use Maschine's Internal Interface while your other Interface is selected for audio input. It's one or the other. Your best bet is to use a mixer, keep the Maschine's Internal interface selected and plug the audio output's of your USB interface/drum machine into the mixer's inputs. Your USB interface can still be powered by the Maschine while it isn't selected as it's interface. Then you can plug the mixer's main output into the Maschine's Inputs. That allows you to hear anything that's plugged into the mixer as long as you go to Channel settings>Make sure Sound tab is selected at the top of screen>Input>Audio> and change source to "In 1 L+R" if using both of Maschine's input's from the outputs of your mixer.
