Native Access issues NTK download

Ok, Since I was stuck in my probleam, Gladly I later received help from NI and followed the message, clicking community, then Native Access, and finally I found my problem was already posted on it, and of course I clicked my question named "Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies...", then the final solution was to download ntk, but nothing happened on ntk downloading page no matter how many time times i tried and googled. So I will appreciate it very much if any of you guys on NI could help me with this, looking forward to your early reply.(It's three weeks that I have been working on this.)
