how come 99% of user blocks look like they are "broken". Picture in the post.

most of the blocks I downloaded look like this so in ports and wires view. How come?

    There is an A view and a B view.

    If some builder creates their panel elements on view A only it looks ugly on view B.

    Switch to view A please and copy A->B in view tab instrument.

    Now both looks the same
