I sold my Komplete Kontrol S 49 keyboard and i wonder if i can transfer the software that goes along to the new buyer

If you did the sale with a proper License transfer, once the new owner registers the KB, they will access to the software that was bundled with it (you also get to keep the software if you want). I would suggest reading this article, it explains the whole process…
