Hi, I am trying to figure out if I can plug my Kontrol Z1 to 220V or if I need an adaptor?

First of all, you do not need power adapter to run Z1. It may be powered using USB.

I do not have power adapter for Z1 at hand, but another NI adapter runs for 100-240 V 50/60 Hz. So, it might be the same for Z1. You may look at label, INPUT:.
