I think the PA voucher is broken

Hey, still having this issue in 2023. I messaged support, but haven't heard anything back about the vouchers. Anyone else still having this issue at the moment?

I Just Got the Komplete 14 and the (Plugin Alliance Bundle for KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTOR'S EDITION) registration code Has only 19 characters and therefore is invalid.

Also I don't think the vouchers will work if they are already running a sale. If the prices are $29.99, the vouchers may not work. I know the vouchers never work for me when there is a brand new product released as well. Just my personal experience....
