No high tone control with s4 mk3

good morning I have a console s4 mk3 does not mene the high tone control both with the software and in analog use balanced in headphones works well in balanced output no thanks what can I do

Dude it sounds like you might have a grounding issue. Try using a plug adapter in between the mains and the console
