Traktor Pro Plus 3.6.1: Crash when importing folder

I just reloaded Traktor on my new laptop from another laptop and it crashes every time at prompt Importing Folder from my collection. It never crashed on the other laptop but this one is an I7 Intel Core (Windows). Could someone please help me to resolve this?

Correct, it is allowed to install on 2 computers, and use on one at the same time.

Hello,

does it work without importing the collection? What do you mean by reloaded from another laptop, you normally install native access and install traktor that way. Then import your collection afaik.

I'll find out further with an update but you can't have more than 2 Traktor installations at the same time on different laptops. I'd to remove one off initial laptop which would make it 3 installations of Traktor.
