Maschine Micro MK3 Pads non-functional or malfunctioning

Einige Pads der Machine Micro sind ohne bzw. mit fehlerhafter Funktion. Und das schon seit ich die Maschine habe (ca. 2 Jahre). Am Anfang hat es mich nicht gestört und ich dachte es läge an den Einstellungen. Da ich nur hin und wieder etwas mit dem Gerät mache, habe ich dem Problem nicht wirklich Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Nun aber habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Problem mit den Pads mehr wird. Also, die Pads sind belegt mit Samples, Drums o.ä., beim betätigen leuchtet zwar das Pad und auch das MIDI Signal wird erkannt, aber der Sound wird entweder gar nicht oder sehr leise gespielt. Bei der Aufnahme kommt es dann auch vor, das von einem oder mehreren Pads "Geisternoten" aufgenommen werden. Also, auch wenn das Pad während der Aufnahme nicht berührt wird, nimmt es MIDI-Noten au´f. Inzwischen betrifft es nahezu die Hälfte der Pads. Also sehr ärgerlich. Kennt jemand dieses Problem? Gibt es eine Lösung oder ist das ein Hardwaredefekt. Das Gerät ist nie beschädigt worden.

Some of the Machine Micro's pads are non-functional or malfunctioning. And that's since I've had the machine (about 2 years). At first it didn't bother me and I thought it was the settings. Since I only do something with the device every now and then, I didn't really pay attention to the problem. But now I have the impression that the problem with the pads is increasing. So, the pads are occupied with samples, drums, etc. When pressed, the pad lights up and the MIDI signal is recognized, but the sound is either not played at all or very quietly. When recording, it also happens that "ghost notes" are recorded by one or more pads. So, even if the pad is not touched during recording, it will record MIDI notes. It now affects almost half of the pads. So very annoying. Does anyone know this problem? Is there a solution or is it a hardware defect. The device has never been damaged.
