Samples 0mb

I downloaded kontakt libraries on another computer as I only have slow internet via hotspot and most instruments are fine after batch resave but some are nor playing any sound and the sample size reads as 0mb

Hey @BritishMusicLibrary Could you give more details ? Where does it show 0mb ? Could you post screenshots ?

Bottom left corner. It actually just says Total sample size :0

And when you navigate to this August Foerster Grand library, are all files there ?
