Session Guitarist - Electric Mint - Installation failed

Hi.

I baught Electric Mint but the installation failed. Usually if an installation of an NI Product failes, I use the NI Uninstall Reg Tool to fix it. But unfortunately MINT is not listed in the tool. Even in the lastest Version of the RegTool. Has anybody an idea to workaround? Or do you know when the RegTool will be updated? Thanks!

    That's strange, maybe it didn't install anything so there is nothing to uninstall. Have you tried to simply reinstall from Native Access ? What kind of error message do you get in Native Access ? Is it Native Access 1 or 2 ?

    Hi. It's Native Access 2. And the message I get is just: Installation failed: "Update failed: Could not unistall previous version of Session Guitarist - Electric Mint." I already tried the UNINSTALL REG TOOL but there's no Electric Mint in it...

    @Kraans de Lutin It seems that you were able to finally install the library provided by our support. Did you manage to solve all your issues?
