Beatport error when logging in on Trakor Pro 3

I am having a issue when trying to connect my beatport account on Traktor pro 3 on both my windows device and Mac. The error is stating I do not have a valid link subscription when I do have an active account on beatport that I purchased. I have tried downgrading the firmware of Traktor Pro 3 and have yet to come to a solution. Is there any other troubleshooting methods I can try?

Hi @cthe28 can you please double-check if you're logged in with the right account in case you have more than one accounts on Beatport? If the problem persists, best to get in touch with Beatport directly so they can have a look for you which email you use for the sub.
