TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK2 HW not appearing in Native Access App

Hi,

I've been trying to re-install my registered products, but they don't appear in the Native Access App. I've tried updating my mac system to the latest (12.5.1), shutting down, logging out and back in, waiting etc... nothing works. Can someone tell me what I am missing here ?

One other thing you could try, but it's up to you, is to downgrade to NA1 and see if the SW becomes available...

Only Software appears in Native Access not Hardware… do you mean the Traktor SW version that came with the hardware is not listed? What version of the SW is not listed!

hint, try turning on “Show legacy Products” in NA preferences, then refresh or reload NA.

Hi, yes the Traktor SW versions are not appearing. I did try turning on the "show legacy products", they didn't show up there either. I refreshed and reloaded NA several times.
