Just another STOP to return to start request

Double tap STOP to return to zero of pattern / scene, or SHIFT-STOP, or something!

Shift / turn knob is too slow, as you have to make sure the buttons to the right of the knob are turned off first. It's about improving the workflow, making it faster. This feaure is standard in every other program and has been requested here for many years.

A hack is no use, it has to be unified across the platform ie M+ too, the fact that staff are actively promoting a hack here is extremely worrying to me, those shod remain 100% unofficial, leave them to forum users to promote!

I think it’s great that NI staff are actually reading and understanding what users are wanting and offering, and are also promoting user provided solutions in order to offer intermediate help.

Stop and return the playhead to the exact start of the Pattern. In many other sequencers and DAWs this is achieved by either hitting the stop button twice or by hitting shift-stop. There’s no way to do that in Maschine. This is a long standing request.

As said, this feature request has been already forwarded to our team and cannot be immediately implemented for several reasons. This is a user forum and we still want to leave a solution when we can, even unofficial.
