I own massive x.i can't redownload in native access this is seriously bad.i spent 3 hours trying to get the reduced price?why is this so complicated.im in mind boggle land.help please appreciate you

You can try the following Trouble shooter : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access,

If that doesn't help then you might have to contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.
