Bought Komplete 26, installed, stuck in demo mode...???

Hello. I'm having trouble here. I bought Komplete 26 in order to use some of the VSTs within. I've purchased it, installed the Noire piano through Native Access, but the instrument remains stuck in demo mode.

I can not see anywhere that I have recieved any serial number or license. I thought it's automatically in my account since I bought it directly from NI?

I can't for the life of me find any way to activate what I've bought, and it just seems like it's bugged and stuck in this state at the moment. Not sure what to do

First thing you need to do is login to your Native Instruments account online and see what your Orders and your Products and Licenses look like. Your Order should be marked Complete and Komplete bundle should be listed there.

Second - you should have received 4 distinct emails from NI - all in about a 5-8 minute period AFTER your purchase in the NI Shop. If you did not receive these emails - that alone could be part of the issue.

Third - what OS are you running - exactly.

I can see "Komplete 26 Standard Crossgrade" in my products and licenses menu. Under License Type it says "Not Registered". All the VSTS and stuff is also visible in Native Access now. As far as I can see, it looks like I own them.
I've recieved the following emails: Order Confirmation, PayPal payment confirmation, Download Details for Order (This one says that they are already added to my account)

Are you sure that the 'Cross-grade fits the account ? and that you are logged into the same account in Native Access ?

If , then check list in Library tab of N.A: and see if you can find something app that has not been installed before and then install that , then log out of N.A. , reboot and log in again.

If none of that helps then you need the help of N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.

It has been seen from time to time that even if the purchase fits the account then NI Support still needs to register the product manually to get things to work.

I just remember I went on the online shop and picked Komplete 26 and it said that based on stuff already in my library I qualified for this new price (which I assume is what the crossgrade is) and I bought that.

I have opened a ticket in hopes that someone at NI can manually look at it.

I need to talk to a human in customer service. I've made a support ticket and even then I just recieved an AI bot email back and I'm getting nowhere with it. Responding to this email gives an email back that the email can not be delivered. I've tried the renaming of the folder trick and the deleting of the XML trick, and yes it's the same account I'm logged into in Native Access etc. etc.

Is there anyone from NI reading this? Can someone just send me an email and help me out?

If you made a support ticket then someone should get back to you, though ticket processing appear to be slow and delayed at the moment.

Also then the NI forum Customer Care person that usually follows up on things is away until November 2nd or later…. I can however notify someone else NI to see if they can take a peek at ticket state…

Is there anything else in your NI account - besides this new purchase - that appears as Unregistered or was not being recognized by Native Access prior to this purchase?
