After I upgraded Native Access, it shows that all my咁好啦 products that existed in my HD were not installed!!, It shows zero products in the "INSTALLED" tab
I have tried restarting and reopening my DAW/Kontakt 8, and all my installed products are working fine. Why on earth does Native Access in the "Installed" tab shows "Nothing"??
Sounds as if some files got moved or deleted, are you using any cleaner programs else sounds as some mishap. ?
Rather than trying to try to fix this yourself possibly resulting in further issues then I would recommend contacting N.I. Support and ask them to help fix the mess , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.

I do have the “Clean my Mac” app installed, but it was there before too, so I don’t think this Cleaner thing is causing
