All the Keys works fine on the Keyboard, but the C4 Key, doesn't produce any note, dead…..
I suspect a hardware malfunction, Dirty contact, this is the only one..
First use a test software to test the keyboard : How to Monitor the Output of a MIDI Controller .
Then if the key fails in test software and keyboard is within warranty then contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.
If the keyboard is no longer within warranty then you can still contact N.I. Support and ask for a price quote, however then price often is an inhibition. Sometimes people start DIY projects which I can not say how successful they are in general…

I appreciate greatly your help, I already check it with midi monitor, the key is dead and need surgery..
My keyboard is 3 Years old, so there is no more warranty.. Hopefully is maybe just a contact problem, will see.. because everything works just fine, beside this key..
She gonna get an open heart surgery, I have my own little electronic shop.
