Why are my images missing from Access 2 and some misreported?

Win 11. A lot of images are now missing after upgrade to Access 2 (see pic) and apps like Cinematic strings 2 which IS a Kontakt instrument, is not showing in the "Kontakt instrument" list

Also, the developers should think about their use of the lines separating the image boxes/"Installed" and "..." icons because in mid table they mislead one into thinking that the installed button is the one ABOVE, and not the one BELOW. Only at the top of the table is this clear.

Hey @ZeroZero Have you tried closing Native Access and re-opening it? Are you using a VPN?

Yes I have tried re-opening, its the same. No VPN here
