Serial number already registered

Title: Traktor Kontrol F1 – Serial Number Already Registered (Second-Hand Purchase)

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a second-hand Traktor Kontrol F1, but when I try to register it in Native Access, I get the message "This serial has already been registered."

I contacted the seller, but he explained that after several moves, he lost the original paperwork and no longer remembers which Native Instruments account was used.

I have proof of purchase, photos of the hardware serial number, and screenshots of our conversation.

Is there any way for Native Instruments support to release the serial number so I can register the F1 to my own account without a License Transfer ID?

You need to contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.

Ask N.I. Support to transfer the device to your account (also include picture of serial on bottom of device as well as purchase receipt.)
