Hi everyone,
We've released MASCHINE+ System Update 2.3.0, which brings the new creative sequencing features of Maschine 3.7 to MASCHINE+ standalone mode.
It also includes Hardware Connection Service 2.1.6, which improves stability when using a Kontrol S-Series MK3 with MASCHINE+.
This update includes:
- Per-note probability: set how likely each note is to play, with Probability Lock to hold the current result
- A new Variation page in the Groove section to vary the velocity, timing and length of the notes in a pattern
- Euclidean and Random note generation modes
- Hardware controls for the new features: Probability on page 2 of STEP and EVENTS, PROBABILITY and PROB LOCK in STEP mode, and the VARIATION button now opens the new Variation page
Important note:
Projects saved with MASCHINE+ 2.3.0 (Maschine 3.7) cannot be opened in MASCHINE+ 2.2.1 or earlier, or in Maschine 3.6 or earlier.
To update, go to SETTINGS > System on your MASCHINE+.
