Xone:K3 - How to use two colours with the same LED

Xone K1, K2 and K3 have trouble using 2 different colours with the same LED. This is my work around.

Use NO LAYER option (K2 and K3 only).
Load this minimal example mapping and set IN/OUT to your Xone:K. The mapping uses channel 13. Comments on the assignments explain the procedure.

After loading the mapping or starting Traktor, you have to turn the bottom right encoder to initalize the automatic modifier decrement for the rest of your session.
The bottom right matrix button (#16, or P) toggles QUANT on and off. This is just a sample function. RED is the ON state, ORANGE is the OFF state.

The trick is that the state change first switches off the LED, then automatically activates the alternate colour after a fraction of a second.
