I'm DJ Nimi. I've been building a free macOS tool to help with the preparation tasks I run into in my own Traktor workflow, and I'd love to share it with the community.
It's called DJ Nimi Traktor Suite. Here's what's inside:
• Hot Cue preparation: choose tracks and a template, listen to suggested positions, then save up to eight cues per track.
• Stems preparation: help automate playlist preparation using Traktor's own Stem generation. This is a workflow helper, not a separate audio-separation engine.
• Kontrol S8 improvements: waveform display and original/Stem loading options. I've tested it on my own S8 setup.
• Track-title tools: font selection and tools for incorrectly displayed Hebrew and Arabic titles.
• Keyboard shortcuts: shortcuts, a reference guide and printable keyboard labels.
I've been using it on my own setup, but this is still experimental beta software, currently for Mac only. Please back up your Traktor collection and settings, start with a few test tracks, and use it at your own risk. I can't guarantee it will work with every setup.
